About Me

My photo
Hi, Welcome to my Blog. I'm an eclectic kind of crafter delving into many pots. I am just about managing to keep up my Scrapbooking Diary (usually about 6 months behind), plus any cards as required. I have a new found love of watercolour and Bible Journaling plus recently Junk Journaling too. Previously I've also dabbled in ATCs, Tags, Altered Books, Mixed Media, Art Journaling, Décopatch, Knitting, Crochet, and Embroidery amongst other things. I live in Surrey, UK with my husband, our son has left home now. For exercise I usually play Badminton and go Ballroom and Latin Dancing, but am plagued by a bad back. I like walking which I couple with Geocaching and sometimes Bouncing on my Rebounder (mini trampoline). I guess I am officially retired now. I am a born again Christian, currently worshiping at my local Vineyard Church.

WOYWW #360 - Wheels

Not much up on my desk this morning.

Just the double scrapbook layout which is pending and has been for a few days now.

It's of my son before his first driving lesson and then out with me on Christmas Day in Asda car park.

My sunflower has grown a bit though, got its own little water cycle going on there. I blogged its latest developments here.

Wish I had more to share for this week but sadly no.

Happy WOYWW to all and sorry I am unable to reply to Google+ comments.

Hi BJ. A great double spread there. Well done. How are driving lessons coming on? Trusting the sunflower continues well.
Take care. God bless.

Lovely layout. Driving lessons. I remember those days and am SO glad they are behind them. My 'kids' have been driving a while now so I'm not even too nervous (notice I say too nervous!) when they have to drive in snow/ice storms.

Happy WOYWW

The sunflower is coming along nicely. I'm loving the double page layout. I remember learning to drive.... got my older brother to do it, knew better than asking the parents. Eventually my mom did the chance to teach someone to drive--my hubby. When I met him he didn't know how. No one in his family had a car, so no one to teach him. PJ #57

Love how you pulled the colors and the symetrics together with from the pics to the design. Great layout.

Will that be one of those really tall sunflowers? i've yet to get mine started. Hmm... guess I should do that this weekend. Rain on the greenhouse room should be very inspiring.

Creative Blessings! Kelly #52

Nice layout, BJ. I did a page about cars in the album I made about Dad's life, and it was a fun page to do. I am most intrigued at your idea of growing a sunflower in a CD case! I've never seen anything like that before. Hope you let it out before it flowers lol!!

Happy belated WOYWW,
