About Me

My photo
Hi, Welcome to my Blog. I'm an eclectic kind of crafter delving into many pots. I am just about managing to keep up my Scrapbooking Diary (usually about 6 months behind), plus any cards as required. I have a new found love of Watercolour and Bible Journaling plus recently Faith/Art Journaling too. I've challenged myself to make an art journal page a day for this my 60th year. Previously I've also dabbled in ATCs, Tags, Altered Books, Mixed Media, Décopatch, Knitting, Crochet, and Embroidery amongst other things. I live in Surrey, UK with my husband, our son has left home now. For exercise I usually play Badminton and go Ballroom and Latin Dancing. I also like walking/Geocaching and sometimes do a bit of Bouncing on my Rebounder (mini trampoline). I have been learning to play the harp for the past 10yrs. I am now officially retired. I am a born again Christian, currently worshiping at my local Vineyard Church.

Morning BJ. Great scrapbooking pages - another one who fills the page - I'm encouraged! I love your journaling. It's a great passage there in Joshua - and so important at this time - to know whom we serve, and to know that we can enter into the new that has God has for us at this time. Brilliant!
Take care of yourselves. Stay safe. God bless.

My word, BJ, you’ve been busy and productive! The window is absolutely gorgeous - a rainbow made of hearts! How lovely is that, and how it must bless the passers-by! Your Bible journaling is just fabulous... The Joshua verse is a particular blessing and encouragement and in these strange times, it is wonderful to know our Heavenly Father is always with us and we can be strong and peaceful in Him. I love all the pages you have done. This is definitely something I’d love to do sometime. Another really hard-looking jigsaw completed! Well done you.

Happy WOYWW and God bless,

Oh you’ve been inspired! Lovely bible journaling, I particularly like the highlighted text. The window hearts look wonderful, I bet they make everyone who passes have a warm smile...does it make you smile every time you see them too? Hope so! Great LOs. I have to confes that I don’t always fill a page, I like single photo LOs too, but I do like them to have lots of ‘bits’ on, when I do decide that they need to be busy!! I omitted to say about the UFOs for week 572....you don’t need to do more than one (!), and don’t forget to take before and after photos to show us!

Gorgeous window display and I love the bible journalling. I may have mentioned I bought a BJ book at the beginning of the year and have started to create my own in a repurposed old book. Must get back and do some more as focusing on the word has been uplifting. Love the LO.

Hi BJ, the heart rainbow is gorgeous, I'm sure it will make everyone smile who sees it. That's a great light above your desk, and what an interesting desk! There are several desks I would love to snoop round, and I'll be adding yours to my list. You've been a busy lady with the scrapbooking and bible journal. Have a lovely week and stay safe and well, Heather xx #20
