About Me

My photo
Hi, Welcome to my Blog. I'm an eclectic kind of crafter delving into many pots. I am just about managing to keep up my Scrapbooking Diary (usually about 6 months behind), plus any cards as required. I have a new found love of Watercolour and Bible Journaling plus recently Faith/Art Journaling too. I've challenged myself to make an art journal page a day for this my 60th year. Previously I've also dabbled in ATCs, Tags, Altered Books, Mixed Media, Décopatch, Knitting, Crochet, and Embroidery amongst other things. I live in Surrey, UK with my husband, our son has left home now. For exercise I usually play Badminton and go Ballroom and Latin Dancing. I also like walking/Geocaching and sometimes do a bit of Bouncing on my Rebounder (mini trampoline). I have been learning to play the harp for the past 10yrs. I am now officially retired. I am a born again Christian, currently worshiping at my local Vineyard Church.

WOYWW #441 - MRI & March Scrapping

The scrapping continues although not that much as I've had a nasty cold this past week.
Sorry for not replying to most of you last week, only just coming out of the haze, will try better this week.

I've started March and was determined to use the "March" paper I was gifted a few weeks ago.

Did a bit of jiggery pokery with the photos, date wise, to get some meaning to the pages. First one is of a couple of geocaching days. Second one is various facets of the garden throughout March. More geocaching adventures are lined up to do next.

Had a crafty visitor in the week and she gave me the die cuts.

Also I had my MRI on Monday (postponed from Friday as I was just too poorly then). I should have the results by next week, here are a couple of the images from the CD they gave me. Scary eh!

Happy WOYWW Everyone.

Hi BJ, hope you are fully recovered soon. The 2017 scrapbook is looking good (especially as you've been poorly so haven't had much time). Hope the MRI results help get to the bottom of your foot problem. Happy WOYWW Sarah #10

Hi BJ, I think almost everyone I speak to has had, or has got, that cold. And it seems to linger for weeks, too Doug has still got a bunged up head 4 weeks later. Scrapbook pages are great, great use of the papers. Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #6 XxX

Hi BJ, just hoping I don't end up with the cold, had the flu injection but of course that wont help with the cold. Nice layouts and pleased to hear that they are making progress with your foot. Happy woyww, Angela x11x

Goodness, aren't feet complicated when you see them from the inside like that?! I hope that all goes well with the appts that follow. The pages that you've done look great - I think we've all resorted to a little jiggery pokery from time to time :-D

Sorry you've been under the weather for so long, BJ, with an awful cold and a sore foot! The MRI images are brilliant. Hope they sort you out soon. Your layouts are great - is that bird house on fire?!! Thank you for your visit and I'm glad you enjoyed seeing the kitties in their little coats! They should come off next week hopefully, now their wounds have had a chance to heal up properly. Glad you like my socks too! Hot flushes are a pain - I found I did very well with soya and sage supplements - they took a while to kick in but I didn't want to go on HRT. All nicely in the past now, thank goodness! Take care of yourself.

Happy belated WOYWW,
