About Me

My photo
Hi, Welcome to my Blog. I'm an eclectic kind of crafter delving into many pots. I am just about managing to keep up my Scrapbooking Diary (usually about 6 months behind), plus any cards as required. I have a new found love of Watercolour and Bible Journaling plus recently Faith/Art Journaling too. I've challenged myself to make an art journal page a day for this my 60th year. Previously I've also dabbled in ATCs, Tags, Altered Books, Mixed Media, Décopatch, Knitting, Crochet, and Embroidery amongst other things. I live in Surrey, UK with my husband, our son has left home now. For exercise I usually play Badminton and go Ballroom and Latin Dancing. I also like walking/Geocaching and sometimes do a bit of Bouncing on my Rebounder (mini trampoline). I have been learning to play the harp for the past 10yrs. I am now officially retired. I am a born again Christian, currently worshiping at my local Vineyard Church.

WOYWW #397 - Spot the Difference?

Guess what's changed on my desk?

If you can't spot it - the answer is here.

Saw another desker use a panorama so I have done the same with my craftcorner.

I have done quite a bit of crafting this week but had to pack it up for my Mum's birthday which is today.

I made her a mini album of my son's "learning to drive adventure" which she financed.

The last page has two hidden tags which we wrote our thank yous on.

I also made an ATC thank you and a card for my aunt's birthday next month. On a roll.

Happy WOYWW Everyone.

Hi BJ. You have indeed been busy crafting this week. What a lovely album. Well done you. And well done to your son for passing on what are MANIC road situations these days. Two great cards there at the ready.
Take care. God bless.

Happy birthday to your Mum! A mini-album is a lovely gift. I made my Mum one for Christmas of her birthday and a couple of pictures of the three of us girls. She loved it. They are made with love and reflect it.

Like the '77' card and the album of the driving lessons. I too have a desktop computer but on a table adjacent to my crafting table, also have a kindle fire which is good for fireside browsing. Have a good week and Happy Birthday Mum.
