About Me

My photo
Hi, Welcome to my Blog. I'm an eclectic kind of crafter delving into many pots. I am just about managing to keep up my Scrapbooking Diary (usually about 6 months behind), plus any cards as required. I have a new found love of Watercolour and Bible Journaling plus recently Faith/Art Journaling too. I've challenged myself to make an art journal page a day for this my 60th year. Previously I've also dabbled in ATCs, Tags, Altered Books, Mixed Media, Décopatch, Knitting, Crochet, and Embroidery amongst other things. I live in Surrey, UK with my husband, our son has left home now. For exercise I usually play Badminton and go Ballroom and Latin Dancing. I also like walking/Geocaching and sometimes do a bit of Bouncing on my Rebounder (mini trampoline). I have been learning to play the harp for the past 10yrs. I am now officially retired. I am a born again Christian, currently worshiping at my local Vineyard Church.

WOYWW #376 - Well I Did The Ironing!

So what do you get for feeling a bit better?

You get to Vacuum and I finally actually did the Ironing!

Then last night I realised I hadn't done any crafting to show you all, so I set to work on my latest scrap pages, only to be cut short by the Men's Olympic 3m Springboard Diving Final.

So  I've nearly finished my page on my new and first ever smartphone, which was a bit of a milestone for me, the phone that is!

I took the photos of my Snake's Head Fritillary with my phone too, not bad for a phone camera.

Had to add my fairy and toadstools to that page which needs sticking now.
Can I get away with no title/words on that one I wonder?

Happy WOYWW Everyone.

Morning BJ. I confess to having to be absolutely desperate for clothes before I tackle the ironing - so well done you. Glad you are feeling somewhat better!! Aren't smartphones a quantum leap from a simple mobile???!!! It is taking me months to get to grips with mine - and I'm sure I haven't even scratched the surface of what it can do!!! A great layout celebrating the phone promotion - and lovely pictures of the fritillary. well done.
How's the harp practice coming on?
Take care. God bless.

Enjoy your smartphone but dont make the mistake of downloading Candy Crush - you can waste even more hours - I speak from experience. Have a lovely week x Jackie 18

I know what you mean by being sidetracked by the Olympics; I seem to have become rather nocturnal!

I applaud you for doing the ironing as I have just kept putting it off as it's been so warm here, well that's my excuse anyway. Well done at mastering the Smart phone too. Thanks for the visit to mine and hoping you have a lovely belated woyww, Angela x 15
