WOYWW #801 - The October Journal

I managed to get a 4"x4" journal made for October  last week. I used the cover from a RHS magazine for the cover and did 5 signatures of junk papers inside. Separate signatures certainly helps it from gaping when complete.

Here's the desk with the journal open ready for my page yesterday...

And the journal itself, loving the sunflowers such happy colours.

Day 1 - I carried on the orange theme of the cover.

I doodled the flowers and added some words form Psalm 1.

Day 2 - Our son popped home for a few days for the annual dentist/car service/mot visit. He definitely brings me JOY - although 3 nights is quite enough LOL.

Day 3 -  We did the dentist run together and managed to make it home OK despite my car having a little trouble. Hubby did the spark plug thing and it seems OK now. I watched the Disney films "Soul" with my son it was lovely.

Day 4 - fortunately had a printed page from one of my church's all age services so just coloured in with Posca Pens.

Day 5 - Our son went back Saturday morning so I had a craft day...

I did my October Bible Journaling Ministries freebie mini kit for the month page.

The theme is Hope in Grief this month.

My Faith Inspirations October Page on Proverbs 10:12 "Hatred stirs up conflict but LOVE covers all wrongs", where using magazines was the technique. I collaged on this page

I used the left over bits and bobs for my daily page, and magazine letters.

Day 6 - On Sunday I was finishing up my preparation for next week's conference and had some miss-printed bits so used those plus more magazine letters.

Day 7 -  Monday I crafted during our church's monthly prayer meeting, which was on zoom again. I made this within the hour.

Not got back to the scrapping again - oops.

There's always tomorrow...

Happy WOYWW Everyone.
