WOYWW #358 - More Bird Dies!

So as not to disappoint I have actually been CRAFTING - yes pick yourself up off the floor.

To be honest I succumbed to yet another magazine with yet another freebie bird die!

A Flamingo which you can change into a Swan - how cool is that?






Here's the sheet of all my bird dies, and I also got some glitter paper at the supermarket and cut more birds out


Only made up two cards so far.



I have also been scrapping.
Bit of a spelling mistake
and my son's birthday.

    What an ingenious die the flamingo one is. Now I think I want one of those! Also, two lovely cards using that die which are quite appropriate for so many occasions. Brill!

    Hi BJ - yes these days it does seem something of a novelty to find time to craft!! I have bravely resisted that die, but I bet someone asks me for a flamingo very soon!! I did go for the embossing folder and rose stamp on the other mag, simply cards & Papercrafts though!! (and for once I have used it).

    Ohh - I never thought of using that die for swans - I will have to go back to the supermarket and buy it now before they all sell out!! Great idea for the anniversary cards.

    I have to admit that I have bought that die too. I saw it and rememberd that I have a stamp with flamingos on so that seemed a good reason to get it. Happy crafty woyww, Angela x 16

    Oh BJ, I resisted that magazine because I thought I would not have any use for a flamingo die, but I think perhaps a swan might just be essential.

    Sorry, I tried to email you, but it kept bouncing back so I'll reply on here if that's ok. Thanks for your lovely comments. The initials I get using WORD. I just find a font I like and then resize to fit in the frame I have, print it and then trace onto some card.
